VBR's core business was founded in General Contracting. VBR has the in house staff and equipment to build your building from masonry and concrete
through interior finishes and mechanical and electrical.
Self Performed Work
Veronesi Building & Remodeling currently employs 27 field workers with a variety of skills including the following:
- Layout/Surveying
- Demolition
- Concrete Placement/Finishing
- Limited Masonry
- Steel Erection
- Rough Carpentry
- Finish Carpentry
- Window and Door Installations
- Framing/Drywal
- Misc Interior Finishes
- Misc Clean-Up
VBR traditionally will internally bid scope of work packages along side outside subcontractors. If the opportunity exists and market conditions dictate VBR is more competitive, VBR will self-perform a given scope of work.
On the typical project, VBR will perform layout, rough carpentry, door installations, interior trim, finish millwork, and clean-up. In addition, our forces are available to fill in to accelerate the construction schedule, and solve problems as needed throughout the project.

VBR considers this equipment an asset to the construction process. We intend to extend this asset to the benefit of the project and Owner at no additional cost when the equipment is available.
